Route Delivery Drivers

- Route Training 6-8weeks
- Start at $1,000/week when training for a route or covering a route.
- Once on a route pay will be base + commission and pay for performance.
- Tuesday – Saturday

Requirements for Applicants
Team Cone requires either a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent for our truck driver positions. We also require proper Class A CDL and DOT physical licenses, though we can assist in training and licensing courses. We provide support through CDL-A training in Florida. Team Cone is committed to both industry standards and investing in our team’s professional development from day one. Our full list of requirements follows:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- CDL-A Training Course.
- Follow safety rules and use safety equipment daily. Includes wearing steel-toed shoes.
- Report to work on time each morning between 3 am and 7 am dependent on delivery route.
- Pull Date Codes on products.
- Perform repetitive heavy lifting, typically 25-30 lbs. but up to a maximum weight of 161 lbs.
- Muscular coordination is required for moving products.
- Good math skills.
- Frequent reaching, standing, and walking.
- Class A CDL-Active and current DOT Physical Card.
- Able to pass drug and background checks.
- Maintain a safe driving record. Report any driving-related issues to HR immediately.

Our drivers are expected to adhere to all regulatory requirements regarding the sale and merchandising of malt beverages, actively participate in training sessions, and maintain professional standards in both attire and conduct.
