Start at 15/hrs plus pay for performance w/ no experience.
16/hrs w/ experience
50hr work week w/ paid OT.
All merchandisers eligible for monthly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities of Merchandisers

The responsibilities and expectations for this position include reliable transportation and the ability to start work early in the morning, often requiring weekend and holiday work. The role demands physical capability to lift heavy items and teamwork. A foundational understanding of the beer industry and proficiency in using technology for job duties are essential. Effective communication with all team members and external partners, adherence to delivery and merchandising processes, and maintaining product and store standards are key. Organizational skills, the ability to report sales opportunities, and creating attractive product displays are critical. The job also involves keeping work areas clean, maintaining good relations with customers, managing product stock and appearance, and ensuring all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained. A clean driving record and compliance with all related regulations are mandatory, alongside flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed.

Merchandising Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Applicants must adhere to safety protocols and use safety equipment daily. Responsibilities include reading Julian and Pull Date Codes on products, performing heavy and repetitive lifting (25-30lbs, up to 160lbs.), and requiring muscular coordination. Candidates should possess good math skills, be comfortable with frequent reaching, standing, and walking, and must pass drug and background checks.

A High School Diploma is required.
