- Start at 15/hrs plus pay for performance w/ no experience.
- 16/hrs w/ experience
- 50hr work week w/ paid OT.
- All merchandisers eligible for monthly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities of Merchandisers
Merchandising Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Applicants must adhere to safety protocols and use safety equipment daily. Responsibilities include reading Julian and Pull Date Codes on products, performing heavy and repetitive lifting (25-30lbs, up to 160lbs.), and requiring muscular coordination. Candidates should possess good math skills, be comfortable with frequent reaching, standing, and walking, and must pass drug and background checks.
Education Requirements for Team Cone Merchandising Jobs:
A High School Diploma is required.
